Ss17 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ss17 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss17 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.
To use the ss17 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where participation in online betting activities is prohibited.
- Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction restricted by ss17 from time to time.
Ss17 reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above requirements, or who provides false information during the registration process.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ss17 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Password Security and Account Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ss17 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the ss17 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Fraud, hacking, or manipulation of platform systems.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the ss17 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the same currency. ss17 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or third-party payment provider.
Deposit Process
Deposits may be made via payment methods approved by ss17, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time. ss17 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected payment method. ss17 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms. Funds deposited via a particular payment method will be returned through the same method unless otherwise stated.
Bet Outcomes and Winning Payouts
Legitimate winnings will be credited to the user's account balance once match results are confirmed. In the event of a technical error affecting bet outcomes, ss17 reserves the right to review and void the bets in question. Winning payouts are subject to compliance checks, which may require additional processing time.
4. Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension and Closure
Ss17 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Abuse of bonus or promotional systems.
- Official requests from authorised regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, ss17 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or winnings in that account.
Limitation of Liability
Ss17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The ss17 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss17 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of ss17 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ss17.
Third-Party Links and Services
The ss17 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers and game providers. ss17 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Ss17 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the ss17 platform following the publication of any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
